What really does make me happy?

The most basic issues are

·         Exercise

·         Sleep

·         Having a sense of achievement.

·         Social connection - prosocial behaviour

·         Kindness we show others

Figuring out ways to be happier than just neutral? How can we flourish?

We have to look to social connections, community, and our ability to be kind.
